About Oakley Training & Consultancy

Founded in Basingstoke, Hampshire, in 2007, Oakley Training & Consultancy was born from a passion for improving how people learn and apply essential workplace skills.

After many years in the learning and development sector, we recognised a common problem — too many people were being trained “out of a book” by instructors who lacked real-world experience. Training often failed to prepare learners for the practical challenges of their everyday roles.

We set out to change that.

Through research and experience, we developed a range of practical, hands-on training courses designed to give individuals and organisations the real skills they need — from physical and Mental Health first aid and health & safety to business, IT, technical and compliance training. Our goal has always been simple: to help businesses stay safe, compliant, and capable.
