This Incident Controller (Bronze Commander) course prepares participants to handle an incident with knowledge and confidence. It shows how to liaise with other agencies, deal with any stressors and ensure that any incident requiring an incident controller is handled in an effective and efficient manner. Successful students receive certificates to show that they are qualified to be an Incident Controller in the workplace.
As this programme is centred around an organisation procedures it is delivered as an on-site course.
